Jack Bagwell. Dr. Jack Bagwell is an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department at California State University, Northridge. Jack teaches courses in school administration and leadership. His research interests include conceptualizing organizational leadership in schools; the intersectionality of equity-centered leadership and social justice in schools; and the impact of structural and institutional practices that marginalize student groups. He is a contributing member of the California CEEDAR Inclusive Principal Leadership subcommittee work group.
