William McCormack, MA PMP CCMP CSPO

William McCormack is a Senior Consultant at Public Consulting Group (PCG), bringing over 25 years of expertise in K-12 education. His diverse career spans roles as a teacher, program manager, director, and consultant, with a proven track record in leading large-scale district and global initiatives. William has successfully spearheaded the implementation of custom curricula, blended professional development (both synchronous and asynchronous), coaching programs, assessment systems, and technology product integrations.

Currently, he leads high-impact projects for Chicago Public Schools, the Vermont Agency of Education, and Eastern Oregon University. As a key member of PCG’s Project Management Team, William collaborates with colleagues to continuously enhance the quality of service provided to clients. His impressive portfolio includes work with prominent organizations such as the New York City Department of Education, Department of Defense Education Activity, Los Angeles Unified School District, Saint Louis Public Schools, Fresno Unified School District, and the School District of Philadelphia.

William holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). He leverages these credentials to ensure the successful implementation of services and products to clients.
