Tiffany Dellard is Executive Director of the Office of Educator Preparation and Licensure at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). She joined the MTSU College of Education in 2021. Prior to her work with MTSU, Dr. Dellard served as a senior project manager preparation and licensure manager at the Tennessee Department of Education.
