Dr. Laurie Wellner, EdD Dr. Wellner earned her MA in Special Education from California State University, Sacramento, her second MA in Educational Administration from California State University, San Bernardino, and her EdD from the University of LaVerne in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Wellner has worked as a director of special education in the public school system in California and currently serves as an Associate Professor and Deputy Chair in the Education and Special Education Program in the Graduate School of Education at Touro University (New York). She also chairs dissertations as an adjunct professor at National University.
