Laurie Andrews is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She was a special educator in public schools before joining the department in 2005. Laurie has served several roles in the department, including practicum supervisor, instructor, and practicum coordinator. Her research focuses on strengthening clinical experiences for special education pre-service candidates.
