Angila Moffitt, EdD, began her teaching career as a special education teacher at the elementary and high school grade levels. After several years of teaching, her passion for education led her to become the principal of an elementary school, where she started the first school–daycare combination in her area. Following her passion for training teachers and leadership, Angila became the director of the Early Childhood program at Northwestern College where she launched the online BA in early childhood degree program. After four years, she transitioned to the director of the Master of Education role and a professor of graduate studies at Northwestern College and the American College of Education.
