Rosalind K. Ong, M.Ed.

Rosalind Ong currently serves as the Interim Dean of Performance Excellence in the Office of Integrated Planning and Performance Excellence (IPPE) and Director of Learning Outcomes Assessment at San Antonio College.

As interim dean, she is responsible for the IPPE department including strategic planning, institutional research, and student learning outcomes assessment to support continuous process improvement and institutional assessment. Rosalind also leads adoption of transformational assessment practices including outcomes assessment, assessment technology, ePortfolios, and badging, as well as SACSCOC reporting.

Rosalind received a Master of Education in educational leadership and policy study as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is currently a student in the Texas Woman’s University Education, Leadership, and Organization doctoral program.
