Cristina helps organizations assess their progress, improve their internal processes, and optimize their capacity for organizational learning through data. Cristina is most inspired by opportunities to partner with organizations that focus on addressing systemic inequities. She has extensive knowledge of culturally rooted evaluation, positive organizational psychology, and innovations in evaluation methodology. Cristina is dedicated to furthering the evaluation field through sharing her knowledge gained through practical experience and empirical research.
She believes that evaluation can and should be an enjoyable learning journey for everyone and incorporates culturally rooted, human-centered approaches into her evaluation practice. Cristina incorporates art, music, media and other creative elements to her presentations, facilitation, learning products, and reports.
Cristina has a B.A. degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine and a M.A. degree in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation and Ph.D in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods from CGU.
