Meghan Cosier, Ph.D.

​​Meghan Cosier, Ph.D., is a Professor and the Executive Director of the Thompson Policy Institute on Disability (TPI) in the Attallah College of Educational Studies at Chapman University. Dr. Cosier’s research focuses broadly on disability equity and justice. She has published over 50 journal articles, book chapters, and technical reports. She leads grant-funded projects in PK-12 inclusive education, teacher education, and employment and access to postsecondary education for people with disabilities.
