Reyes L. Quezada is a professor at the University of San Diego in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences. His areas of research and publication include diversity in teacher education, cultural proficiency, family, school and community engagement and global/international education. He has been on the AACTE Board of Directors, CAEP, and is currently on the AAQEP board of directors. He has been President of the International Council on the Education of Teachers (ICET), the Association of Independent Liberal Arts Colleges for Teacher Education (AILACTE), and the California Council on Teacher Education (CCTE). He is the current editor of Teacher Education Quarterly.
