Dr. Lindy Gaudiano received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Elementary Education Reading, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She’s certified in Elementary Education and is also a certified Elementary Reading Specialist. Before transitioning to Higher Education over 15 years ago, she spent time teaching in a primary classroom. She is currently the Assistant Dean for the College of Education at Grand Canyon University, oversees programmatic development for the college and teaches in the higher education classroom environment. She continues to research teacher preparation, teacher self-efficacy, and innovative pathways leading to teacher licensure.
